The Job:
- Ensure farms within your region adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
- Provide technical farm support and guidance to your teams.
- Oversee animal welfare, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols.
- Lead and develop your teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proven experience in poultry farming, ideally in a technical farm support role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of hygiene and biosecurity standards.
- Competitive salary up to £50,000.
