The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Poultry Farm Manager at a thriving Rearing farm in Scotland. You will take charge of the day-to-day operations, including health and safety, compliance, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a skilled team. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to respond swiftly to challenges while efficiently prioritising tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary up to £38,500 depending on experience, plus accommodation benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily farm operations and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and biosecurity.
- Lead and motivate the farm team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage animal welfare and husbandry.
- Report regularly on farm performance and issues.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the poultry industry.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willing to live or relocate to Scotland.
- A poultry-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
